What if the laptop does not fully charge?

It's possible that the cable isn’t completely connected to the outlet, and that's precisely the cause of the problem. The situation gets worse if all of the above has been done correctly, but the laptop still won't turn on or charge.

• To reset your laptop settings, first disconnect the power supply to the laptop, then the charger.

• Press the power button for one minute.
