and the manufacturer\u2019s reference (shown on the charger)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>E.g.: DC or OUTPUT 18 V 4.7 A<br \/>\nNote: a difference of 2 volts (either + or -) is not a problem<\/p>\n<h2 align=\"justify\">Work out the connector size<\/h2>\n<p>Hold the connector (the plug that goes into the laptop) facing you.<br \/>\nThen, using a ruler, measure its outer and inner diameters.<\/p>\n<p>E.g.: 5.5-2.5 connector:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5.5 = 5mm,5 = outer diameter<br \/>\n2.5 = 2mm,5 = inner diameter<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><center><img decoding=\"async\"
