The importance of battery capacity
For some models, manufacturers offer batteries with different capacities. These are usually clearly indicated on the packaging or on the product itself. A battery’s capacity is expressed in mAh or milliampere-hours. The higher this figure, the longer the battery will last in use. But of course, it will take longer to recharge. With an old battery, this theoretical value is no longer accurate because some cells have failed prematurely. That’s why old batteries discharge more quickly.
